When you request a review, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and any message. During an engagement we also handle the credit report information you authorize us to review.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your request, deliver the services in your contract, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to do the work you ask for, such as credit bureaus, creditors you ask us to contact, and, if you request funding help, the lenders you choose to apply with.
How we protect it
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorized team members can see them.
